She does fab job with the different emotions. I loved her different nuances for the guys and side characters. 5/5 stars ❤️ In terms of the narration, I thought Kelsey did a great job. Just be warned about the ending, I totally didn't see it coming. I hope we get to see more of her/hopefully she isn't the secret baddie. Oh and I loved Cruz's mom, she was adorable and cheeky.
Currently listening to book 3 so we shall see haha. I also think Ember has something going on, after she snuck around Winter's place.
Also loved seeing Winter stepping up emotionally, physically, and upping her snark game haha. Love their dynamic and for once reading a RH romance where one holds out/can't share. I feel so bad for Dante and hope he lets Winter in in book 3, after everything he had gone through, had to pick Winter over and over again but keep his distance. I was gut-punched with the ending, I knew something was going to happen when that character got close to Winter but I was hoping he would be spared. I am glad that hurdle has been overcome haha to say the least. I am so glad book 3 was available on audio so I could go right into if after that ending!! So I don't want to give anything away but some of my favorite moments were GRAYSON! The tattoo shop daaaaaaaaang 🔥🔥🔥.
I think Sheridan blew it out of the water, and made us foaming at the mouth for more. Loved the action, grittiness, steam, and emotional vulnerability in this one. Like it wasn't just at the end, you were on your toes the whole book. Wow book 2 upped the ante! I was not expecting all of these twists and turns throughout the entire book.
