(I’m going to try and say this as best I can without spoiling it). To me the plot was okay, it was kind of predictable. I also liked that there was a couple chapters within the book that it swapped to other characters point of view. The description of different things within the book was very well done and it was very easy to picture places, people, and objects that are mentioned in the book.

The writing was well done and it meant that you kept reading and didn’t want to put the book down. Just think of me as a rock when it comes to the sad emotion in books. So, I knew from the start that this book wouldn’t make me cry or be heartbreaking to me. So I don’t usually read books that are meant to be sad. I’m going to say first that I’m not exactly the most emotional person and I read books for the adventure and excitement. Overall, it was okay, I didn’t hate it and I didn’t love it. This isn’t going to be a huge review as I don’t actually have that many feelings towards this book.

When she learns that Will has shocking plans of his own, she sets out to show him that life is still worth living.Ī love story for this generation, Me Before You brings to life two people who couldn’t have less in common-a heartbreakingly romantic novel that asks, What do you do when making the person you love happy also means breaking your own heart? She takes a badly needed job working for ex-Master of the Universe Will Traynor, who is wheelchair-bound after an accident. Louisa Clark is an ordinary girl living an exceedingly ordinary life-steady boyfriend, close family-who has never been farther afield than their tiny village.
